Welcome to BetAddo. By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Use of the platform

BetAddo is a tool for tracking and analysing betting statistics. The platform may only be used for private purposes. It is not permitted to use the platform for commercial advisory services or to share access with third parties.

2. User responsibility and Responsible Gambling

BetAddo does not facilitate gambling for money and is solely a tracking tool. All gambling takes place with external bookmakers at the user’s own risk.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use BetAddo.

3. Accuracy of data

Although we strive for 100% accuracy in our statistics and AI analyses, BetAddo cannot be held responsible for errors in data calculations, missing odds updates or technical errors in the AI scanner. Users are responsible for verifying their own data.

4. Analytics and AI-generated data

BetAddo uses advanced algorithms, analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) to generate insights, forecasts and statistical models. The user acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • Data produced through analytics or AI is provided solely for guidance purposes and must under no circumstances be regarded as factual information or a guarantee of future results.
  • BetAddo cannot be held responsible for decisions made on the basis of these analyses, as AI models are based on probabilities rather than absolute truths.
  • Use of the platform’s analytical tools is at the user’s own risk, and we always recommend using the data as a supplement to your own research.

5. Social features and conduct

In Friend Leagues and social feeds, we expect users to maintain a respectful and appropriate tone. BetAddo reserves the right to remove content or block users who engage in offensive behaviour, manipulate results or harass other members.

6. Intellectual property rights

All content on BetAddo, including logos, designs, algorithms and source code, belongs to BetAddo and is protected by copyright law. It is not permitted to copy or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Account termination

BetAddo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform’s resources, for example through automated requests.

8. Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances shall BetAddo be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, including loss of profits or loss of data, resulting from the use of or inability to access the platform.
