These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of BetAddo Pro via app.betaddo.com. By upgrading your membership, you accept the terms below.

1. General information

2. Membership and services

BetAddo Pro is a subscription-based membership that provides extended access to the platform’s features. By purchasing Pro, the user gets access to:

  • Unlimited creation of bets.
  • Unlimited use of the AI scanner.
  • Full access to AI-driven game analysis.
  • Participation in Pro-exclusive competitions.
  • Creation of an unlimited number of friend leagues.

3. Prices and payment

The price for BetAddo Pro is 59 DKK per month incl. VAT.

  • Payment is deducted monthly in advance.
  • Payment is made via our authorized payment partner (Stripe).
  • Upon activation of the membership, the amount for the first period is deducted immediately.

4. Cancellation and binding period

There is no binding period on BetAddo Pro beyond the period you have already paid for.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your profile settings on the platform.
  • After cancellation, you retain access to the Pro features until the end of your current payment period.
  • After this, your account will automatically revert to a free membership.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, when purchasing digital content (such as BetAddo Pro) that is delivered immediately, you agree that the right of withdrawal is voided as soon as access to the Pro features is used.

6. Liability and warranties

BetAddo is a statistical tool and an analysis platform.

  • No guarantee of winnings: BetAddo does not guarantee financial profit or specific results. All betting decisions are made by the user at their own risk.
  • Liability: BetAddo cannot be held liable for financial losses resulting from bets placed based on data, analyses, or system errors.
  • Play responsibly: We encourage all users to gamble responsibly and use StopSpillet.dk and ROFUS.nu if needed.

7. Fair Use and abuse

BetAddo Pro is for personal use. Abuse of AI features through automated scripts (bots) or sharing of login information with third parties may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Changes to terms

BetAddo reserves the right to change prices and terms with at least 30 days’ notice via email or a message directly on the platform.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute in connection with these terms shall be settled in accordance with Danish law by the Danish courts.
